Was here a couple of days ago and a young male employee took our order which was pretty complicated. He added a coupon I... mentioned on their website and was very patient and kind. The female employee who made our pizza was super nice and tried to doeverything as we asked. Everyone here (sorry I don?t remember their names) was so friendly and patient and helpful. I ordered online for a 7pm pick-up. When we arrived to pick up our pizza we were told their system "said 8pm". We ended up... having to wait 20 minutes for them to make our pizza. We were hundreds of miles from home and so we brought our children in theresteraunt to get them out of the 100 degree heat. When our pizza was finally ready, we were told we had "to leave and could noteat at the resteraunt because we had an online order." I am still shocked that a Pizza Hut employee actually kicked us out oftheir establishment. The pizza was good but I would never give this location (Wendover, NV) my business again. Read more
Stopped by to order pizza after a long days drive from Idaho. I asked if I could see a menu and she pointed at the QR code on a... poster behind me on the side of a wall. I thought it was an odd place to put it but went along with it. She asked if it was togo or dine in. I said dine in please and she let me chose a booth and told me someone would take my order soon. There was noone else there. 20 minutes later and still no one checked on me. I could hear them chatting and laughing the whole time so Iended up leaving and walked past the employees but didn't even get an acknowledgement from them. The best meat lovers I?ve ever had from a Pizza Hut. Perfectly cooked with hot toppings and a crispy crust. The manager asked us... how the food was also which was nice. I did have problems tho with ordering. First they didn?t answer the phone but it went to acall center. I was transferred to the store and placed an order for a pepperoni lovers. Asked for a small thin crust veggie lover pizza. I got a personal pan pizza with raw dough. Not edible I called them back and... they said they don?t have small pizza. I told them to make a medium and I would pay the difference. The girl on the phone saidher boss said no I have to pay full price. I explained I can?t eat pizza with raw dough and they didn?t care. At least the Pepsi was good! Okay I grew up in the 80s and the memes you've seen are true. There were VHS rental nights that... usually involved an amazing Pizza Hut Pizza. Every once and a while that iconic building shape triggers my memory and we stop into try it again. No, we still aren't where we once were. The pizza just isn't good any more. It's just another cheap greasypizza now. As for the staff at this location, they did everything right. This is just a fundamental problem with theingredients themselves I think. This place is honestly really good. Pizza is always hot when it arrives, they are super quick with delivery too. As long as you... have patience with the person and your read your order slow to them (meaning wait until they ask you what else you want) andjust be thorough. ???? Read more
