This used to be my favorite Chinese food since they've opened in West Warwick. I'm still happy with their food, BUT, I think... it's INAPPROPRIATE to post old menu prices on their website! Because, people can call and place their order expecting it will becertain price, and then find out they have to pay more because of the *NEW PRICES* that were not updated on their website. (Forexample for an order which should've been $41.64, we had to pay $50.60). This happened two weeks ago, and I've already askedthem to update their website with the current prices. Today, the menus shown online still show the old prices, and when I calledto place my order, I was not told the total price! So If I didn't think to ask, I would've had again a unpleasant surprise whenpicking up the order. I'll add this 1* review so maybe the owner will realize that if they continue to do that, they'll end uplosing customers. I can understand that it might be too costly to order new printed menus, but what they could do is at leastcross out the prices on the old menu pages and write the new prices by hand, and then take a photo of the menu edited to reflectthe new prices, and update their website!!! This place is a scam. So I expected to pay 40$ and was charged over 50$. As I was taking my food to leave the clown at register... ripped my receipt off. I put the food in my car but went back in for my receipt. The prices I was charged were approximately 2$over advertised price on menu. Owner literally admitted to have been doing this for over 3 years claiming that he cannot changethe menus..? Long story short I had it out with the owner.. the wife came out of the back and yelled to just give me 10$ and hedid. She already knew the situation before she came out of the back. SCAMMERS WOW! What happened to this place??? It used to be so good!! My last order was just terrible, rice noodles were completely overcooked... and everything was bland. I?m really not picky with my food but this was beyond my tolerance. I should have brought it back likeone other reviewer did. Read more

We have ordered from the website menu in the past, and also from the take out menu over the phone. When you pick up the food,... the prices are $1.00-$2.00 higher each item than the menu price. They always say prices have gone up. That is continuous, butthe menus never change....same menus for years. This is a CON game if I ever saw one. Does the customer complain ? probably not.That's why they continue to do it. I complained, and said I will never be back. DON'T BE DUPPED. The food basically is as goodas anywhere, but the restaurant has gotten neglected. it is DIRTY in appearance. Take out orders or deliveries only. Youwouldn't want to eat in the restaurant. NOT RECOMMENDED/BE CAREFUL OF FALSE PRICING. Read more

It use to be fantastic. Maybe it was an off day. The rice tasted metallic. It may have been a new sauce.

Ordered from the lunch menu at 12:49. Paying $8.37 was too much for a small lunch order that only had like 4 pieces of beef very... small portion on fried rice and a lot of broccoli with two wings. Beef tasted funny. After talking to my dad he advised me notto buy from there since they got a horrible diarrhea with belly ache. Would not go there again. They don?t have dine in or evenwant you to wait there. I wonder why. Read more

Ordered take out tonight, it was TERRIBLE! So bad that I actually called them thinking maybe they would fix some of the things... that were wrong. But nope the Hostess had a "could careless" attitude and hung up on me. So I brought the food back. While I waswaiting for them to acknowledge me my husband was on the phone and could hear the Hostess telling the owner the issue and heranswer was " I don't care". Well that is completely obvious by not only the food you sent out but the way you handled thesituation. Terrible customer service! Read more
