I rarely leave reviews and having spent a number of years in the culinary field, attending J&W University, and living in several... different regions of the country, while I know I'm not the be all end all for food advice, I am confident that Picosso's is ahidden gem for Mexican/Salvadoran food. Best fish tacos I've had since living in Southern CA 15+ years ago. No where else hascome close. Made right with a tortilla/shell that reminds me of a thin arepa. Full of flavor and freshness. This isn't chainMexican. Good portions (large burritos fit for two) for a good price. I will be returning and I'm looking forward to givingtheir breakfasts a try too. PS. To the reviewer who gave 1 star and said Picosso's lacked flavor... You gave Haymakers a 5 starreview. Anyone who thinks HMs is a 5 star breakfast place doesn't know good food. Give Angel's in Palmer a try and you'll get afeel for good breakfast foods. Read more
Happened to be in Ware, looked up area restaurants and Picosso came up. Fairly large dining area, nice "hometown" feel. Food... was excellent! I'm gluten free and don't do spicy, had plenty of choices. We were starving so took pics after we'd eaten someso know that the presentation was way better than what I show in my pics. We will definitely go when back in Ware. Picturedbelow: Pastelitos De Carne and Sopes. $39.76 for two dishes, bottle of iced tea, and a bottle of Fanta. Took leftovers homefor next day's lunch. My sister, nephew and I visited for the first time and we were fascinated by the service and amazed by the delicious food. We... felt like family as soon as we walked in.
