Holy smokes the service is absolutely terrible and agonizing. Waited 20+ mins for an online order placed at 10:38am (mind you I... was going to work so time is sensitive) and from observing, about 7-8 people got their order before mine as they have orderedafter my order. Rudest cashier ever. I?m an ex sbux partner (2015-2021) and came in for my birthday drink, she clearly couldn?t find the... birthday discount button and was bringing her frustration out on me. Kept asking me to scan my card for me to pay and I was justtrying to help her ?it?s for the birthday drink - it?s just to scan to see if it?s my birthday - I?m not actually paying.? Does Starbucks HQ read this stuff? Or at least allocate a division to monitor? It?s simple, Starbucks is a standardized service.... Meaning, same taste, same cleanliness, same customer service and same waiting time (rush hour congestion included). I didn?torder a coffee so I?ll skip the taste. I ordered sandwiches so it applied to the standards. But, the slow pace, the energy!! Theline kept growing and they still didn?t open the second till!!! As if customers don?t exist. It?s my first time in thisStarbucks and I?m quite disappointed. They also got my order wrong and took there sweet a*** time to fill me in. When I order a six dollar latte I expect it to be fully mixed. I was disappointed in the laziness and had to use my own straw to... make the latte fully mixed. This is unacceptable because on my first sip I thought that it was unsweetened. But it turns out allof the syrup was on the bottom terrible service. Read more
Starbucks people are always nice here; they are polite, make eye contact , and are super professional. The food, though, is... always a disappointment for me. I can taste the lack of love and passion in it, like they are made in a factory or something. Read more
