I have visited this location countless times and here are my thoughts. To begin, the staff at this location are extremely... friendly, just recently I made a mistake in my order and they were happy to refund and let me pay the difference which truly wassuch a kind gesture. Second, the food at this location never fails to impress me, I usually go with a regular classic poutineand it's hot and ready to go, it makes you feel like every $ is well spent, overall, if you haven't tried out the food at thisNYF you really should, they provide exceptional customer care and exceptional taste. Customer service was terrible. The 2 staff that were working till and the fryers were unhappy. The customer ahead of me was... waiting on them to complete his order, but both ignored him when he asked for his drink and went to help out a skip the dishes?Or one of the food delivery service guys. After his 3rd try they got his drink but with a scowl. When it came to me the personon till wasnt friendly when i said no to addons. She got my hotdog and put it on tray. No asking if I wanted toppings. I had toask for my side of gravy. I felt I.was an inconvenience to them. I was at the Park Royal location at 2:39pm. Disgusting hot dog, with awful cheese dip and a soggy bone. It was literally a dog food!
