We were visiting Por Por (Grandma) and my daughter asked if we could go to Milestones for dinner, so that's there where we went!... Por Por had already gone out for a big lunch with some friends earlier in the day, so she decided to just order an appetizer forher dinner. She ordered Cakes by the Ocean. I ordered a Tuna Sushi Bowl, and my daughter ordered a burger from the kids'menu. Cakes by the Ocean: These were breaded salmon and shrimp cakes. There were two of them, and they were huge! It reallylooked more like a meal than an appetizer. Por Por only ate one of them and packed the other one to go. I think I might tryordering it for myself next time! Tuna Sushi Bowl: This was supposed to come with a cilantro lime vinaigrette but I have a hugeaversion to cilantro, so I asked if they could do either do it without the cilantro lime vinaigrette or else do a limevinaigrette without cilantro. I was pleased that they were able to accommodate my request. It was very tasty and I was superimpressed with how many different ingredients were in my bowl. It was a very colourful dish. I ate up everything in my bowl andwas so full, I ended up skipping breakfast the next morning. Burger: My daughter loves her cheese so she squealed with delightwhen her burger came, and she saw that it was actually a cheeseburger. She ate up the entire burger and most of her fries. Hermeal included a dessert and she had a choice of ice cream, ice cream sundae (costs exrtra for this upgrade) or an ice creamsandwich. Ice cream sandwich is what she decided to go with. They brought her the cutest little ice cream sandwich I've everseen! I didn't know they made miniature versions of ice cream sandwich. Makes me wish I were a kid again so I could order fromthe kids menu and get my own mini ice cream sandwich. Service: Good, albeit somewhat confusing. We had at least 4 differentpeople serving us. I really wasn't sure who our main server was! I was happy though that they accommodated my reque Read more

Food and drinks arrived promptly - Steaks were done perfectly ,vegetables done just right. Black and Blue Burger was perfection. We will definitely return . Read more

Amazing food and great service. I had the salmon hash. The poached eggs were nice and runny, the potatoes crisp and the salmon... had the perfect char. Looking forward to a return visit. Prices are pretty reasonable for all that you get. Read more

I love the spinach and artichoke cheese dip. The Caesar (with lemon) was beautifully made but too spicy and watery for my... taste. The chicken bite was sweet flavor. It was a great patio in a warm day in west vancouver. The washroom needed moreattention as papers were on the floor. Loved the little touch of "peace" message in the plant. Read more

Nothing was really bad however nothing was great either! The place was not very busy yet the food took an extraordinarily long... time to come! My veggie burger had a very strange after taste…in fact it made my tongue numb. The side fries and salad weregood! My daughters chicken strips were super dry. The kids burger was ok, but the patty was weirdly small inside the bun. Myfriends lettuce wraps were flavourful…I had wished I had ordered them. The service is really what the stars are for…ourserver was delightful and she was very attentive! Read more

We were happy that we opted to choose the dine out Vancouver menu at Milestone’s. We chose the 3 course lunch for $35. There... was either Caesar salad or French onion soup to start. We found the Caesar salad to be tasty, just the right amount of dressingwith a few leaves of Kale. A different touch but yummy. For the entrée you can choose beef, chicken, shrimp, or mushroom.Suitable for all palates. I had the shrimp creole which had plenty of shrimp enough for 2 meals. Dessert was either whitechocolate cheesecake, chocolate raspberry sorbet or ganache torte. We both had the ganache torte. The menu said almond crust butended up as a walnut crust. I didn’t like the chocolate & walnut combo. Avoid this if you have nut allergies. Their otherlunch Dine Out Special was $45 which had more selections but wasn’t in my budget. They offer Dine Out for both dinner andlunch with reservations available. If Dine Out isn’t for you, they had an extensive regular menu to suit all appetites. Takeadvantage of their happy hour from 3 – 6 pm with deals on appies, wine, and beer. Located at the far west side of Park Royal, there’s plenty of complimentary parking. Good food and great value!
