Fast and friendly service. Pickup is usually speedy but can be busy. The food is prepared properly and orders are infrequently... mixed up. Restaurant is decent sized and not typically busy. All in all a decent McDonalds. Read more
Had to go back to make fresh hash browns as mine were still frozen in the middle. The 2nd one they gave me had the same issue.... Seems like this McDonald's has completely given up trying. I also found mould on my bagel. This location should be shut down. Read more
Wednesday 24, August 2022 (2:15 AM). WORST HAMBURGUERS EVER! DON'T EAT HERE! I don't blame McDonald's, but I blame whoever is in... charge for letting their workers do this to their customers. Worst experience ever!!! Ordered 2 small capuccinos and a muffin on the console. Took my credit card but did not print ... receipt. Told a staff and he said we'll call your order. 10 minutes later i asked status of my order. Response was "Oh didn'tsomeone tell you..our capuccino machine is not working " Seriously???? Place is absolute trash. Showed up at 12am to order with orders ahead of me inside. Didn?t get food until an entire hour passed... because they were focused on drive through. They cleared my 90$ order off of the screen half an hour in and I had no idea ifthey even started my order. After an hour I yelled at the staff to let them know they are idiots and then they made my lean inthe next 5 minutes. Also BTW there is a East Indian lady that works at the front that had also closed down the store an hourearly before refusing me service on another occasion?. This is one of the worst mcdonalds. Extremely dirty. The whole restaurant was dirty and smelly. The washroom was super dirty.... Dirtier than all other mcdonalds ive been to, and you already know mcdonalds washrooms are not clean to begin with. Read theother reviews. This place is filthy.They also take forever with food. While i was waiting for my order they screwed up 3 otherpeoples orders. They also messed mine up too. Very unorganized. I saw alot of unhappy customers while I was there. This restaurant is rundown. There is literally an area in the dining room where the ceiling is falling apart with rot, I mean,... can you say a turn off for an eating establishment or what. News flash, Vancouver is a rainy city. Find a way to compensate forit All the workers are rude, one of the only good workers you had is that girl with the blue hair, she?s always polite andtimely, and now that I hardly see her anymore it?s barely worth coming. TERRIBLE! Don?t come here. The food is terrible. Absolutely consistently terrible. I?ve been a few times now because I end up in... the area and want something convenient?
