MANAGER PLEASE READ THIS!! I went there about 6pm on Aug7,2021 and i ordered 2 drinks and it was busy but i still was watching... them make it. The lady dropped my cup on the floor and picked it up and I thought she would throw it away and get another but noshe poured my smoothie in the same cup! It is a plastic cup that does not cost 5 cents! This is unbelievable I didn?t sayanything because there was a lot of customers but i spend $8 on a drink and throw it away like how could she do that?! Completely unsanitary. Went from touching cash to sticking her hand into the cup that she was going to use for my drink. She was... the person in charge of training the new guy. When I asked the guy who was being trained for the cup to be switched out becauseof the germs that were now in it he was polite and told the girl who was making it and she responded with ?whatever? andcontinued to try and use the same cup. The guy in training stepped in and switched out the cups. I feel her response wasunprofessional and her lack of sanitation to be scary, Especially since she was in charge of training people.
