We went here for brunch at happy hour. The food was okay. Service was really good. Amazing view of the ocean. They couldn't... switch our seats closer to the windows even though I had booked for outdoor seating. They gave us lame reason that someone hasbooked it? When we were about to pay, for tipping there were only three options- 18% , 25% no tip No custom tip option atall. Really disappointed. I don't think I'm going back. Read more
It was our first time here. The food was really good, I got the Ahi bowl with fries, everything was so fresh I enjoyed every... bite. Also the clam chowder was delicious. I totally recommend their oysters. Highly recommend this place. Read more
one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. The restaurant has an incredibly beautiful view over the sea and has very good... food. we ate fish and chips, sandwich and steak there. All of them were delicious but I liked the fish and chips most. Highlyrecommend the restaurant. They have a good service and friendly and nice staff. A special thanks to Nick who showed us thewhole restaurant and tried to book us a good seat. If I lived in Vancouver, I would definitely go there more often, but now Ihave to settle for once a Year. Went twice while in Vancouver for a family trip. Would recommend! Great environment, great service and of course great... food Spot prawns special was cooked perfectly, spice levels were on point. Tried both pastas and thought they were well done.The spaghetti pesto was on the richer/cheesy side but that's just personal preference. Fabulous setting near the water, great-looking restaurant. Set your expectations to enjoy the setting and hope for the best on... the rest. Our strategy was to order casual rather than fine dining, and we were really happy with our pastas. Beach House Lagerwas excellent! Read more
Decided to go here on a whim this past Saturday: Service: The overall service was great. However, we ordered oysters and some... sparkling wine and it took 10+ minutes to get our oysters after being served our drinks. Not really sure what too that long butnot great as the wine was getting warm. Food: Surprised by the food here, especially after reading some of the reviews. TheArctic char and the seafood boil were both delicious and in generous amounts. Good taste and cooked to perfection. Quite enjoyedit all. Price: A little overpriced for what it is, but I guess you are paying for the location (ocean front and westVancouver). Overall it was a very enjoyable time and we would perhaps be back again one day if in the area! Rating as 4 due todelays in getting the oysters and price. Read more
We?ve been to this lovely seaside restaurant for 3 times. The food here is so tasty and fresh. We tried every single appetizer... on the menu and none of them disappointed us. Patio and indoor are both with good views and the prices are fair too. Will keepcoming back in the future! Read more
