Service was great our sever checked up on us every few minutes. That was nice of her. Some of our food was okay. The burger was... delicious. All but one steaks was supposed to be well done for my kids, but it came medium on the inside and burnt on theoutside. Salad bar food was good we all like it. Always so good! We used to have a couple Sizzlers from where we come from but they went heads up! When in SLC, we always come... here for dinner. We had an awesome server, he was very attentive. Long time just going around this restaurant to find the Delicious Signature Steak. Remind me BBQ at home and friends. Measure... salt, perfect pepper amount. Fresh meat. Better than some steak houses around SLC. Read more
Please, please get better quality food; let's start with the salad bar: the Avocados are way small and rarely ripe, and lettuce... and spinach were wilted; the sauces (not all) had a crust on the top; step over to the warm food area and good luck trying tonot only identify what's in the containers, but the challenge to eat said items were equally as disappointing the small piece ofwhat was edible and not overcooked had no flavor, was it chicken or was it a towel that was dropped by accident, seriously youhave to drown this mystery food in so much sauce you lose track of what it is. The cashier had no idea of any food items and wasnot friendly when stepping away to ask someone else every yes, EVERY question that was asked. Moving on to the rest of thestaff........ It's tough to see your favorite change, as a kid sizzler was always special. This last trip things had changed. Missed my... chicken wings. The salt wrapped baked potato was small and only had sour cream...the order fairly simple "two specials please"came out weird, the only "Rickey" I ever knew about was made from arctic circle and was grape, now there's three or 4 kinds sonot bad, but know so you can decide, the standard steak soup was a vegetable variety, the salad bar hadn't changed much, and thepricing was good, so middle of the road rating. I was greeted by Ruth at the front. She was welcoming and friendly. We don't have a Sizzlers in my town. Today was a treat. I... ordered the steak and all you can eat shrimp. My meal came with a dessert. I wasn't aware of that. I have to give a shout out tomy server Sierra! She was great. I was never out of shrimp or drink. The steak is thin, but it goes well with the shrimp.Irecommend if you go in to ask for Sierra! Read more
Not great service. We brought in a group of about 15 people some from out of town. It was a Sunday at about 4 in the... afternoon. They weren't very busy. Our waiter only came to check on us twice and didn't offer to bring more shrimp for theall you can eat shrimp or drink refills at all and when we asked for some the shrimp never came. Food was mediocre and servicewasn't great for the price I would expect better service. And I understand the idea of being short staffed but we waited over 30minutes for to go boxes. And they weren't even busy there were several waiters and waitresses. Our quiet did check on 2 othertables near us and came and went from those. Not sure we would come back. Read more
