I ordered cheddar broccoli soup with my bread bowl and instead of them calling and telling me they are out they replaced it with... chicken noodle with out notifying me and wrote out of stock on my receipt. Their cheddar broccoli soup was the only reason Iordered Kneaders. Very disappointed. I tried calling the store 3 different times and got hung up on every time with out even ahello. I?m done. I work nearby so I?ve come here a lot to get dinner. Tonight was the last time. Ordered a chicken pesto panini, no... pesto. Second time in a row that they didn?t add pesto. Ordered a pumpkin spice latte. No flavor, just coffee and milk. Thefinal straw was the artichoke portobello soup, with some added protein as seen in the included photo! I was the only customerthere, spent $20.00, but they couldn?t provide me with a quality meal to save their lives. The management and workers here don?tcare. I had never eaten here, so hubby and I went here for dinner around 6:30 p.m. on Friday night. I ordered the turkey cranberry... with Swiss croissant and a cup of three cheese cauliflower soup. Was the worst sandwich I have ever had. There was not even twobites of meat and cheese on a giant croissant. Barely any cranberry sauce and nothing else. The soup was still warm but sochunky you could not even call it soup. It was disgusting. Hubby tried to warn me that his work has ordered from there beforeand they weren't good but I guess I had to find out for myself. Really disappointed and won't go there again. Read more

Lobster bisque was as thick as Greek yogurt. I was excited to try and quickly disappointed when I got home. Bought a quart... because I had a oral procedure and need to eat soft food for 2 days. Dumped out the quart after a few scoops because it justwasn't good. I would've brought it back but, the place seemed understaffed with frustrated employees. I stood at the registerfor 10 minutes before being acknowledged, so wasting more of my time didn't seem like a great idea. . . . They also tell you toemail them to make it right and that email falls on def ears... No response. Read more

We?ll to start I love Kneeders but this location is a hot mess. The first time I went there was 2 weeks ago with my husband,... when we got there the girls were just chatting and laughing not paying attention to people coming in waited for 7 mins forsomeone to acknowledge my existence and not only did they charge me almost 11$ for lettuce, tomato & cheese on a piece of breadsince I can?t eat meat but it took 20 mins or so to make the small order and it was slow, not only that but one of the femaleemployees with long wavy hair spilled my husbands soda all over him. Terrible customer service, the least you could do was offersomething to us for free since you over charged us and spilled soda all over him. Nice cafe/bakery, it was my first time there and the staff was very nice and friendly with helping me decide what to get.... Although he was very busy, he didn?t make me feel rushed. The sandwich I ordered (Turkey bacon avocado) was amazing! Read more
