I went here because of the free Concrete they were offering in the app. Overall a good experience. I decided to knock one star... because the app discount didn't work (the app was also not too good imo) for the coupon. Love the food, the shakes, the service, and the music. We ordered on DoorDash then went and picked it up. The DoorDash app said... the food was ready but when we arrived, we ended up waiting 5-7 minutes for the order to be complete and that was after we werealready 10 minutes late arriving. Ordered the Double Steakburger California style, expecting it to be like a BigMac without the middle bun. Nope. I'm not even... sure the lettuce was a thought, they gave none of the thousand island dressing. A greatly disappointing burger. Thank god forthe cheese curds and fries. It is a chain, at this location, I go there often. Staff is friendly. Their desserts are perfect. Great tasting frozen custard.... The burgers and fries are not that good. Burger not so flavorful in my opinion. I am not a fan of string fries to start withbecause they have no flavor. Lots of staff but some tables need to be cleaned in between customers. They are not on the up andup on that. Read more
