Came in tonight at 6:51, not crazy busy like most Fiiz on a double punch Wednesday. Speaker apparently wasn?t working because we... said ?hello? multiple times after we ordered. It also kept clicking as if they were trying to speak to us. We pulled up and hadto explain the aforementioned situation. They took our order at the window, which I understand is a bit of a pain but they toldus our drinks would be out shortly. We ordered two of their special ?Captian jack SKELLINGTON? that was advertised on awhiteboard, a momojito and a sharks in the water, specifically asking for no ice and no sprite. We instead got Captian jacksparrows and when we began to explain the difference, a blonde gal proceeded to argue that we read the sign wrong and that thecaptain jack comes with Dr Pepper and that we can order with Coke Zero if we wanted. We explained that the drawn on sign saidCoke Zero and had a different name, of which we ordered by said name. She popped an attitude the whole time. They also forgot toomit the sprite and ice from the sharks in the water. When we got our drinks the second time, the sharks in the water had ice init, to which we asked again ?this isn?t supposed to have ice?. The person at the window, who we could see was a trainee waschill and understanding, but said blonde gal rolled her eyes and when he told her it was to be with no ice. She also worded whatlooked like ?Jesus Christ?, though we didn?t hear it as the window had already closed. Oh and their solution? To pour out theice of the sharks in the water and not fill the cup to its normal level. I wish I could leave zero stars but since they werewilling to take our order at the window and the trainee was kind throughout the interaction, I feel it?s deserving of one star.Needless to say I?m avoiding this Fiiz in the future. You?re better off heading down to the Fiiz by Smiths by 56th west. Read more
This is probably one of the worst locations. We stopped by around 3 to get a drink and there were probably 6 cars in the drive... thru. We decided to go inside instead as we do at many other locations. We got a weak welcome greeting as we waited behind amother and three children. We looked around and saw two workers at the bar eating popcorn an two others actually working. Wewere inside for maybe three minutes before we were told by one of them that it would be at least a 10 minute wait because of thedrive thru. I understand it?s starting to get busy after 3, but the ones who make an effort to walk in are told to wait wellbeyond when the cars would be done? This location needs some help because I find that very ridiculous. Read more
My wife and I love this place, but today, just really disappointed. We decided to go in and sit down and enjoy a cold drink and... chat only to be told that it would be a 30 minute wait because the drive through was backed up. That?s not my problem, and youjust made us feel that we were unimportant. Off to Swig we go! Read more
I love the drinks that they make. The people are always fun and happy and the service is always fantastic.
If I could give more than five stars I would! Went there today and it was fantastic. All the workers were super nice, hung out... for a bit. Amazing! I bank with mountain America next door to this place and each time I go through the atm I look over at this place.... Today, I took some time to give it a shot after my routine atm visit. I got the mango splash and raspberry chocolate macaroonand salted caramel macaroon. My kids looooved the macaroons and I loved my mango splash!! Thank you Fiiz!
