I'm kind done with dutch bros. It's sad to say cause I love dutch but everytime I get my order it's never the same. There is no... consistency with drinks including including just classics. If im spending almost $7 for a drink I want my drink done correctly.And I'm not sitting another 15 minutes or walking up to a window and waiting another 10 minutes to get a new drink remade ansget the what was wrong with your drink routine. I think this was my final straw today and I'm no longer going to be supportingDutch Bros. When you get a 7$ release and it tastes like a 99 cent store energy drink you know it's just crapply made. I have really enjoyed this being so close to work (although my budget does not always haha) whoever was working the window today... was so full of joy and I really enjoyed that this morning. She had a dutch bros puffy jacket and glasses and I loved talking TedLasso with her. This is the closest Dutch that I live by and I'm a frequent customer here, but todays experience makes me feel disregarded. I... pulled up in the line around 10:15am today and was behind 2 other cars and no one behind me. I had already placed my order withthe girl and paid and am now waiting for the line to move up to get my drinks. This lady in a silver van pulls up and cuts meoff. Mind you, there was no one behind me for a good 5 minutes. The lady cuts me off and almost hits my car and I honk and Iroll down the window to tell her that I have already ordered and paid and was behind the red car in front of me so she wouldhave to get behind me. She tells me "the sign back there says I have to merge" with an attitude. I told her "well I was herebefore you were and have already ordered. I'm behind that red car" at this point the lady rolls her window up and is giving meattitude refusing to let me in even though I was there first. At this point, the worker comes out and gives the red car theirdrink and hears the commotion of me honking and the lady and I going back and forth and doesn't do anything. I see two otherworkers standing by the door looking and one was the one who placed my order and didn't try to help either... I had to go in theexit lane to tell the girl at the window that I was next and I already placed my order and this lady cuts me off and she hasn'tordered. She just told me they'll bring me my drink out right here.. didn't even try to tell the other lady she was at fault...no apology. NOTHING! She was so close to hitting my car to the point where I had to back up to prevent her from it. Don't knowhow to feel about this location anymore. Read more
