Placed an order tonight at 5:00 pm. Was given a delivery time of 20-30 minutes. My pizza arrived around 6:30, as we were getting... ready to leave for an activity. Filed an issue report online and was offered some points towards another pizza. Tried to callthe store to speak to a manager but no one would answer. Don't want points, don't want free items. I want my money back. In thefuture we'll be getting our pizza elsewhere. Update: Well instead of the credit I requested they decided to double charge mycard instead. I'm beyond irritated and annoyed. Cold pizza. Told on the phone 25 min. Arrived,had to wait 25 min more.Went home came back needed to wait 20 more minutes.... Everyone at this location looks unhappy/stressed. Coworkers were being passive with each other. No real leaders as I watchedthem "work together ". Marcos pizza/little ceasers best bet if in magna area. Update: I'm lowering my rating due to this place being often closed despite it being their normal business hours. I ordered... carryout recently and it only took about 10 minutes to be ready. The pizza was really good. My only complaint is I've tried toorder a few times and this location wasn't available for online ordering. Read more
Need to have an option for zero stars Google. Ordered here money was taken off my card and didn't get any notification or call... that my order was canceled. Now I have to wait 2 to 5 business days to even get money back. Why allow me to order if you decidedto close early. How are you going to fix this disgusting behavior Domino's? Read more

Horrible customer service! I ordered a simple 16 PC hot Buffalo wing and barely got any Buffalo sauce on my wings. Then I tried... to do the "I'm Here" option online and still had to go inside and get the food. This all added to the fact that when I initiallycalled, I sat and listened to the phone ring for 10+ minutes and still nobody answered. This is the absolute worst experienceinhave had with any domino's in my life. I do not recommend this place to anyone! If I could post a picture of the wings and howpathetic they looked I would. This poor place has struggled ever since COVID hit. Never know if it will be open or how long it will take even if they are.... Just picked up a pizza last week and it took an hour to get a pizza that sorta reassembled what I ordered. Definitely not worththe money or the time. Buyer beware. Read more
