Ask for the fries to be fresh & hot.... in drive thru..... get to window exchange money..... was handed my meal ( all lest than... 2 min) you guessed it the fries were cold not even warm. Blew my horn (he closed the window as soon as he handed my meal). Ihanded him the fries and said can I get a order of fresh hot fries. Guess what he came back with the same fries ( took a penand put a check mark on box) lest than 20 seconds. So I said again can I get fresh hot fries. He said they are.....I said Idon't want microwaved fries. Just give me my money back! They did It was @ 9/10 pm.... I guess they were getting ready to gohome..... Absolutely the worst Carl's ever! I have been left in line over 7 mins. I WAS THE ONLY ONE IN LINE! Left without ordering. 4... months later, try again. Now lectures on how they conducted business!?! Worst Carl's around ???? been there twice and both times I regretted going there. I really wanted to try there new pickle... sandwich there was so much mustard that's all you could taste it was the most disgusting sandwich I've ever had I also waited inthe drive thru with 1 car ahead of me for 20 min. I won't go anywhere else for a hamburger. The employee's are the best, they have a great sense of humor. The food is heaven. The... burgers are juicy. When they say spicy chicken they mean it. It's my go to spot. Read more
They had to take my order twice cause they were messing around with other coworkers. I could hear whistling through the drive... thru which just was surprising. I specifically said NO KETCHUP NO MAYO. Then they made me wait at the window for almost 15minutes just to give me a stale top bun a super soggy drenched bottom bun. OVERLOADED with ketchup and mayo. And there?s noexcuse because I was the only one in line for the almost 20 minutes I spent there. They need a better manager or something.Something needs to be done. I spent about $12 on something I can?t eat. And it?s even more frustrating when I only have 30minutes to have lunch. I'd give a worst score if I could. the food was cold and completely wrong the guy at the window was disrespectful and just rude.... I asked for extra fry sauce and he rolled his eyes at me I asked for no buns and they gave me buns even tho I told them I can'thave gluten. And the meat was cold and old.
