I absolutely LOVE Zupas! But this location is a constant frustration and disappointment. I?ve ordered food that wasn?t... delivered, and they never answered when I called about it. Last night, I met a date there and it took us 25 minutes to getthrough the line and pay. None of the employees seems to be in a rush, or even bothered by the fact that we were waiting solong. Then, there was no cutlery, no napkins, no lemons or limes, and the syrups for the drink bar were empty. By the time I gotto start eating, my soup was luke warm and my sandwich was stale/overcooked. Delicious food. Pick 2 definitely the way to go. New to us and we will return Both of us ate 4 $39 with dessert. Cheesecake was... the bomb. Each meal comes with a chocolate covered strawberry ???? No photos next time???? Read more
If you love soup, salad, and/or sandwiches and have never been to a Cafe Zupas, you're missing out! They're a bit pricier than... some but the quality it what you're paying for. The Mango Berry ???? salad is the only salad my picky teen will eat and for afew extra bucks they'll happily double the fruit on it for my child. If you order a soup or salad, you get a roll on the side.All orders also come with a chocolate dipped strawberry ????. Yum! This location is always fast, friendly, clean, andconvenient (just wish they had a drive through). When I've ordered ahead, my food had always been bagged and ready for me ontime. Read more

Stopped in for Lunch while running errands. ?I order the Turkey Avocado Club and the BBQ Chicken Salad ? The Turkey Avocado... Club is Turkey, Applewood-Smoked Bacon, Mixed Greens, Tomatoes, Sliced Avocado & Muenster Cheese With Honey Mustard - TYPICALLYbut I switched out the Honey Mustard for Pesto Mayo and it's so freakin good!! The BBQ Chicken Salad is House-Chopped MixedGreens, Cage-Free Chicken, Red Onions, Grape Tomatoes, Fire-Roasted Corn, Black Olives, Black Beans & Tortilla Strips WithButtermilk Ranch Dressing & Sweet BBQ Sauce. My husband picked up an order from there today. A salad and 2 soups. The salad had 6 tiny pieces of chicken and the cauliflower... soup was like runny milk. I called and talked to someone they gave the phone to someone else (that I assume was the manager) sheasked :was it the cauliflower one? Without me telling her what kind was it so i assume other people complained before me. Shesaid the soup was fresh and that was the reason it was runny and the soup takes 2 days to settle and get creamy. So now I'mwondering ...when we get good soup, its 2 days old? Didn't get an offer to get our 25 dollars back or to get the food replaced.Terrible. This is only the 2nd bad review i have ever done in my whole life. I get how restaurants are struggling to get goodhelp these days, but people expect to get good quality food when they pay for it. The tomato soup was great so was the bread andstrawberry . We'll not be visiting this location again.... The 5600 w location is a much better place to go to and worth alittle more of a drive. Read more
Normally, I would give Zupas a higher rating, but I can't for this visit. Both my wife and I had the same meal; soup and a... brisket cheese sandwich. The soup was delicious and my sandwich was also delicious, but my wife's sandwich was made with oldbrisket either so overcooked or out in the warmer so long that it had hardened and was dry, not moist. It was crunch! She reallycouldn't chew it. A worker offered to replace it, but we were finished eating. The worker said next time we eat there to tellthem the manager approved a free sandwich but nothing in writing. It could have been handled better. To be fair, we truly don'thave problems of any kind when we eat at Zupas, but this shouldn't have happened and the way it was handled was notsatisfactory. I think this was, and will remain, an isolated situation. We hope so. Read more
