App doesn't have a sauce selection area. Never takes my Google pay. When I got to the Drive thru the woman there said I would... have to come in because my order wasn't ready. Then because I questioned why I needed to come in, in the rain she said "you doyou and stay in the drive thru and when it's ready we'll give it to you". The rudest person in my whole life. Julie, the newmanager. A manager speaks to customers like that? Never expected such a rude response. When I spend my hard earned moneysomewhere I expect the people to be professional. My order was 10 minutes after promised time, punishment I'm guessing. Whybother with the app to order ahead. Last time I ever visit this Arby's. I will go to the one further away. I will be sure tomention this to my friends also. PS This is a retry after having a previous bad experience here, but this takes the cake. Read more

This location is run by a bunch of redneck 15 year olds, I was very uncomfortable during my time there. Every time Ive tried... door dashing, the food is always old/stale. Especially the later at night you order. Read more
Food was good. The floor is sticky, the tables are filthy. Attitude of staff is very apathetic to the state of their restaurant.... The employees are using their personal Bluetooth speakers to playing music so loud that you cannot hear the overhead music.Employees are mopping around the chairs and not cleaning underneath tables. I HIGHLY doubt I?ll ever be eating in-restaurantagain. Read more

Chicken bacon ranch was the worst sandwich. S/B chicken jerky w/ bacon from breakfast. Maybe you need go back to just Arby's... roast beef. Your hamburger is just the same. Read more

My sandwich was put together very sloppy. There was more cheese on the outside than the inside. It still tasted good though.
