Unfortunately the store is closed so I can't call back to get MY MONEY... I don't know what the associate with the brown hair... and handkerchief on her head was so busy doing, but my food was ALL WRONG AND NASTY. Her manager had to tell her to help me. Iwas the only customer in the store at the time. I asked for everything except mustard and a little extra mayo with avocado onthe SIDE. I'm sitting at the hospital looking at a sandwich that is lathered with mayo, avocado on the sandwich No peppers andto heavy on the lettuce. She mentioned they didn't have onions, which is fine I understand. But come on, nothing was right. Ipayed $15 dollars I will be calling once they open. Read more

Potbelly actually has great sandwiches. I?ve been looking for a fast sandwich place that hits the spot when you?re just craving... a good sandwich for lunch and this place delivers. The bread is crispy and flaky, and the meats are high quality. Lots of freetoppings too. Biggest drawback is the Zappos chips rather than a different brand that packs more flavor. As a rule; I don't order chicken salad sandwiches when I'm out. I don't like all the "extra". I've already gone through the menu... so I ordered the chicken salad sandwich and OH MY GOODNESS! I'm still smiling thinking about that sandwich. Delicious! Read more
