I gave 4 stars for service based on the manager. Not sure what happened to this place. I believe I left a review previously on... mother's day, Which was excellent. The waiter was confrontational about gluten free. I had to ask for the manager because thewaiter was starting to be loud & argumentative. They only had 5 tables. Wasnt busy at all. The manager was great. I was orderingall gluten free food, I just needed to make sure of no cross contamination. They had no problem with this on the mother's daywhen every table was taken. The manager was professional & attentive. The bathrooms were disgusting along with the empty Coronabottles along side the building. They should really have a maintenance person available. Read more
Had the 2x2x2 special. It was not noted anywhere, we had to ask for it. Even though we were 8th in line, staff was spot on in... their wait estimation (20 min). We were surprised that there were so many empty seats though, after that wait. Restaurant neededa thorough cleaning. Dirty floors, walls, restrooms. Waitstaff was slow. Very slow. But friendly. I was so damn hungry I forgot to take a picture before I started eating lmaooo???? it was about 3:30 in the afternoon and I... decided to get pancakes scrambled eggs with American cheese hash browns with onions and peppers and turkey bacon... it's just myfavorite! this is the best place to come get breakfast anytime of the day. It was busy but the order was out in about 15-20 min. I ordered to-go when I arrived. Food taste good but hashbrowns were a bit... burnt. I like them crispy so I was ok with it. The greeter was very sweet and kept me up to date on my order progress. I'd goback and order again. Read more
This place is disgusting.!! Very dirty . We had the worst experience ever. I ordered the sampler with scamble eggs with crispy... bacon and a side of toast. We both ordered coffee and water. He order the chicken fried steak breakfast. We asked if we couldchange the pancakes to French toast she said sure . The toast was burnt hard and cold . The extra French toast she gave us wascold . 2/28/22 Went on Wednesday evening (2/23) Food was ok, but our waiter was NOT in the mood for people. Tried to make him smile... with a couple small jokes, got nothing but snippy words back. Dude, if you're not a people person, don't wait tables. Tuesday evening, the place wasn't too busy. That was cool. I ordered a burger (yeah, at IHOP????) 1) As I satwaiting for my food, I commented on how the pictures in the menu, never look anything like the way you get it. I swear to you,this burger was PICTURE perfect!!! 2) The fries were PERFECT!!! (I rarely order fries because establishments don't usually careif you get them cold) I don't eat cold fries. 3) I ordered a half lemonade half iced tea drink. PERFECT!!!???? I'm not evenkidding, and it was beautiful to look at too. As simple as this menu selection was, everything was absolutely perfect, rightdown to "no water spots on my silverware or on my glass". It was all of the little things that impressed me today. Total CAREwent into everything, including how we were treated by management and staff. ?The review below was posted a yr prior? I wasn'tvery impressed with the food. I had pancakes. They were ok, but not nearly as tasty as Denny's. I had coffee as well and it wasaweful. Visited IHOP on Sunday morning with my husband and grandparents. The service was great, even though they were clearly... understaffed. The hostess added us to the waiting list after I called ahead and we only had to wait a couple of minutes for atable. The server was great too, very friendly and efficient while handling several tables. The food, however, was justmediocre. They couldn't make waffles, so I ended up with chicken and french toast. The french toast was great, but the chickenwas overcooked. My husband's omelette was very good and my grandparents enjoyed their meals. I would say to try this placeduring the week and avoid it on the weekends. Read more
