My sister came out from California to visit me I heard about this place and thought it would be an idealistic place to eat. I... saw the reviews and saw some good and some bad. We went in the restaurant and were given attitude because we weren?t ready toorder even though we stepped aside to let other?s go ahead of us. The worker?s were so rude and wanted us to just ordersomething even though we?ve never seen their menu. We asked questions and were given more attitude I even asked if they havechicken tenders and was told they never served that here even though I saw a few reviews saying they did. We just ordered friesand one burger for us to split up since we didn?t feel welcomed at all! We love how the inside looks and how retro it was. Boywas our order pricey! I?m glad we got one burger and one order of fries because the food was not all that. Fries were burnt.There was nothing special about it aside from the place being aesthetically please and specially temperamental staff. I won?tever step foot back here again or recommend this place. My burger was good, but didn't seem to have the toppings I ordered. It had fries on it, I don't remember that. But they weren't... super greasy and tasted good. The onion rings were pretty greasy, but everything settled well. So, no complaints. The people Iwas with liked their burgers, too. The decor is fun. Was short on dinner and decided to stop by classic burgers for our second try... Gal at the register was friendly and... spunky. The burger was good but the buns I am not crazy about... After I got mine I remembered the same issue last time... Theyseem to be grilled or toasted but it did not feel very warm... I don't know I just don't like their buns. Onion rings are fatonion rings not skinny onion rings and they were okay. I know others that go to classic burgers are happy just not what weprefer to eat. Read more

I came here for the first time with my mom and uncle. I ordered a hot dog with ketchup. My mom ordered a hamburger and my uncle... ordered a cheeseburg and fries. The food was great. I also ordered a strawberry banana smoothie, my mom ordered a doctor pepper,and my uncle ordered orange crush soda. My uncle soda was no good and my mom soda was not good either she said. But my smoothiewas good. The parking lot is big with handicap parking and handicap accessible entrance. They have tables and benches outsideand inside as well. They also have take out as well. When you walk into this place you have to order your food at the counterthen you can sit down and they will bring you your food. The inside of this place is nice, the floors are clean the staff werenice and friendly. You can bring your kids here and family here as well. Read more

If I didn't know any better I would think these fries were presoaked in molasses. I hoped that the visual was misleading to the... taste I would be met with but it was even worse. These fries were a limp soggy oil drenched mess. How long did they let that oilbe used for? Too long thats clear! I understand a business can get busy and changing oil and things can be difficult but anyonewith any pride couldn't let food go out the way it was today. On my way to the airport in hertford CT my wife , brother and momma wanted to just try something a little different , well here... it is . classic burger did not disappoint . We did show up when they had a bit of a lull in their action, around 2:30 ish .Such a wonderful break , much needed after lots of family reunion activities . We'll we had a variety of picks from the menu. Burgers , chicken and fries . The prices are fair . The restaurant is pretty cool . The staff we met were pretty AWESOME .Food was fabulous . Great selection of cold beverages . Very clean and organized . I will include photos . Give these peoplea try . You won't be disappointed . I must mention for those who have a allergy or preference such as , bread or no bread .They do offer what they call a bread bowl ( NO BREAD ) ? I enjoyed the bread bowl . Stopped by here after a hike at Mount Tom. I did not expect it to be so delicious. I got the "James Dean". The ingredients were... fresh, jalepenos we're snappy and spicy, aoli was so good. It was a total disaster to eat, but I'm still shocked at how tastythat thing was. The prices are reasonable. Staff was fine. Would definitely swing by here again if I were in the area. Read more
