Our first try with Crossroad Grille and it was great. PIck-up order. My hamburger with sweet potato fries was perfect and they... packaged the tomato, lettuce and onions separately so I could load the burger at home. Husband ordered the buffalo chicken saladwith very plentiful meat and several containers of dressing. We'll be back! Edit: Had a large pizza with 2 toppings. Eachtopping was $2.50 which I was willing to pay for BUT there were barely any on the whole thing. There were pieces of pizza thathad only one mushroom. Not worth it! Read more

The food here is pretty delicious, I enjoy their pizza and Taco Tuesday (tacos are $3). Tonight, we had their fried green beans... with horseradish and the veggie pizza and it was outstanding! Their salads are very fresh as well. Read more
Placed an order for pickup at 3:20pm. Arrived at restaurant on time for scheduled pick up at 4:20pm and was informed by the... waitress that she forgot to input my order. Suggested I drive home and return in 30-45 min to pick up food. We?ve had goodservice in the past but this was disappointing. My wife and I moved to Averill Park 5 years ago and have patronized Crossroads during this time. Your food is good and we have... been pleased. I like the chicken salad and have ordered it with dry chicken, no onion, no olives. In three of the past 5attempts the order has been wrong - each time the chicken is hot sauce. My wife called tonight ordered a pizza (good) and asalad, dry, no onion, no olives. When I arrived to pick it up, I was opening it to check it and the server assured me it was asordered so I accepted it. When I got home I found the salad... loaded with onions, blue cheese dressings or crumbly blu cheese,a couple of tomato pieces, no monterey jack, and the chicken was dry... I saw the order slip that had capital letters dry, noonions, no olives, and nowhere in the description is there bleu cheese at all. Te salad... was small, covered in onions, nocheese, almost no tomato, and inedible since I'm allergic to onions. It would be hard to find anything more that could havebeen wrong with this order - That was my last attempt - Never again!
