This was my first time having a birria taco and it won't be my last. Thick Vatos and Tacos had their food truck at Logoff... brewery. If you ?? a greasy, yummy, melt in your mouth, cheesy taco, then this will be your new go-to place. The large flourtortilla is grilled with tender, flavorful meat and gobs of cheese.
