Mobile ordered from this location, got 2 different types of coffee and 2 bagels. The first iced coffee was ready upon pickup and... the employee said they were working on the others. I was in the store for about 10 minutes before they proceeded to give me mybagels which had been sitting in a bag (no biggie since bagels are bagels), and said they were working on my other coffee.Waited for another 5 minutes or so until an employee called out my name for a drink that had been sitting on the counter sincearound the time I got there. Very chaotic location with disorganized employees. My espresso tasted burnt and watered down,normally it would?ve asked for them to remake it but I didn?t have time. Read more

Cisco loves his pup cup.

Went to this location this morning at 6:55 am. Ordered an ice coffee and I now get it without ice because they always fill it... with too much ice and cream! I?ve literally watched them pour half cream in my cup. Today they said per their new policy theydon?t fill the cup up all the way, I measured it out and they didn?t even give me 2 cups of coffee! Will never go to Starbucksagain! I rather support local coffee shops! Don?t know what?s with the barista who doesn?t even know measurements because itwas hella cream vrs the coffee ratio, making it less than 2 cups! A hot venti is 2.5 cups in a 20oz venti cup. I know an ice cupis 24 oz to compensate for ice, but I got less than 2.5 cups so either way I?ve been ripped off on multiple occasions,especially all the times I ordered it with ice! I should really get a lawyer! whoever manages this Starbucks should contact me! Read more
