My husband and I just came through the Drive thru; our order consisted of a Venti Pikes Place and a Venti Chai Tea Latte. The... girl working the Drive Thru seemed to have better things to do than provide us with satisfactory service! Upon reaching thewindow, she stated our total and then closed the window. When she opened it again, she handed one drink to us and when myhusband asked her which one it was, she again, closed the window and walked away. After a few minutes, she returned to thewindow and handed my husband the other drink we ordered but the lid was not on correctly, so it spilled all over my husband?shand! He turned and asked her if we could please have some napkins and stated that the lid was not on properly - to which shehanded him TWO napkins, said a very unapologetic ?sorry? and closed the window and walked away, leaving us to ?fend forourselves? with the two measly napkins, to clean up the mess! #1: Please check lids, that they are secured properly. #2: Pleaseremind your employees that their attitude towards customers can make of break their desire to return to this particularStarbucks. Customer service was good and the overall experience was nice ????. We bought two strawberry ???? ice tea ?? ???? lemonades... which were surprisingly refreshing and on the bitter side. The double smoked bacon ???? Gouda sandwich ???? was alright as wasthe turkey smoked bacon ???? sandwich ????. Fiancé enjoyed her Danish more than I did so go figure. That?s that! Read more

It's a Starbucks, you know what to expect and it's what you get. I tried a new treat today, a caramel crunch frappuccino - very... tasty. Was pleased to see the drive-thru was not packed and it moved along very well. Spent maybe 10 minutes at the most fromgetting in line to getting my beverage. Read more
