I understand it's McDonald's and not a 5 star restaurant, but the rudeness is off the chain!! I understand hiring good employees... is hard these days, but does that mean customers have to be disrespect and disregarded like the homeless? I was in the restroomand the employee starts banging on the door and even walks in on me!! I was horrified!! I'm new to Sacramento and California butmy goodness gracious!! It's McDonald's. You don't come here for great food, you come here for McDonald's food. The hamburgers taste like McDonald's.... The fries taste like McDonald's. The shakes taste like McDonald's. Did a mobile order for curbside pick up that included a McFlurry, got there and they told me the ice cream machine was not... working and could not refund my money for the purchase(but not received) item. Offered a cookie as a replacement( not accepted).Manager came out and state they didn?t know what to tell me but they didn?t have the money to refund a curbside item(s).Complained online to corporate but because it is a franchised store the info was forwarded to the General Manager and instead ofa phone call I received a form letter in the mail and to this day never received a refund for the item that was not given toome. Great location and people nice. Wifi and clean bathrooms. Don't forget to use McDonald's app. On phone for great deals and free... food offer with rewards. Drive thru always packed so faster to go in or preorder. Read more
Only some of the stores still have any size coffee 99cents, many have raised large coffee about $1.50 which makes me feel sad.... The Richards Blvd would have been the one I have been to the most, likely to be less often due to my tiny budget. Coffee wasn'tsure why it was singled out. Read more

So my name is mia but I guess today my name is Karen. If I could give a zero star rating I would. All I wanted this morning of... 2/10 was 2 darn sausage egg and cheese biscuits and two bacon egg and cheese biscuits. The girl doing orders repeated back theorder incorrectly 4 darn times. I corrected her 5 times and she still got it wrong. I received a sausage patty on a biscuit? Ontop of that the manager there basically threw the bag at me and slammed the window shut without even asking if there wasanything else. This location has been providing extremely good service and the best McDonald?s you can get lol, but I am being serious this was... a 50.00 order. Came thru tonight around 9:30 and was provided great customer service again by the same young lady and gentlemanwho provided it the last time I came thru. I don?t get on these sites to complain when food sucks I just don?t go back, but whenyoung men and woman provide great service in a hard job they have to be told that they are awesome. Good job guys keep it up anddon?t let rude customers tear you down I promise it?s appreciated. To the owner of this location make sure you keep doing whatyou can to keep your employees happy.
