Horrible, wish I could give zero stars. Bought what I thought were six almond croissants and one slice of apple cake. Went to... have them for desert and found out four were ham and cheese with almonds on top. Cake was so dry i couldn't eat it . When Icalled them this morning the manager argued with me and said that couldn't have happened and no one else complained. Then said Ishouldn't have thrown out the ones I said were ham and cheese that we'd started to eat. My husband can't eat cheese. Very poorcustomer service. Couldn't speak to the owner I got the manager Victor who just wanted to argue with me. Read more

This early morning one of our employees went to pick up some pastries for us to enjoy and don't get me wrong the croissants... taste great but the staff member that was helping told him that he couldn't buy 10 croissants which it doesn't say nowhere thatthey have a limit for items you can purchase. It is not the first time this has happen sense previously another of our employeetry to buy the same items over the phone to pick up and got the same response of "no we can not sell you more then 2" taste wisethe pastries are delicious but service wise they are rude. If you got a limit on item please put a note where customer knowahead of time. Read more
This was a great experience with all the staff being friendly and welcoming UNTIL the grumpy man showed up. My fear is he's the... owner or manager. He totally destroyed the fun, warm atmosphere. Read more
Love the raspberry Italian soda I wish they still had the labou syrup rather then toni syrup though. Cashier's are kinda nosey... and will stare at anyone in the parking lot that's there past 2 minutes Read more
