Walked in two employees totally making out on dining table, did not even acknowledge me, random tweaker lady talking to herself... at a table wearing KFC uniform, she was so out of it there is no way she could possibly be working there but she actually was, Idined in, while I was there 7 customers came in and all 8 of our orders were messed up. One guy ordered something and bit intoit and it was still frozen, when he asked for another one they said they would heat it up but that's it, he then demanded hismoney back which turned into the most ghetto confrontation from a cashier I have ever experienced. My boyfriend and decided to have lunch at this restaurant. The service was so so. When we received our order, they only gave us... one napkin per person and no condiments, straws, salt or pepper, etc. etc. The inside was not clean ?.every table you couldtell someone had eaten there but in a supportive a positive note they were very nice when we ordered our meal. My experience today was good I went threw the drive threw all was easy and smooth no issues, the lady gave us plenty of honey &... butter for the biscuits. Well for the $25.99 dinner that we got 8 pieces might feed a small family but I think we need thelarger 12 piece next time. All and all it was a good visit Thank you! Read more

Menu board confusing to find specific things. Attendant only asked if combo wanted and didn't say what combo included so I was... charged the same price as a combo for drink and food bowl but did not get all the food a combo would include. Guess you have toask a ton of questions instead of employee doing their best to help customers get the best deal and want to be a return,satisfied customer. Read more
Horrible service. I ordered 2 pot pies online and got there and they told me 20mins. 45mins later they told its almost ready... just 15mins more. This was 6 months ago so I figured by now maybe it's new people. Well it was workers I haven't seen before soI really thought I'd have a better experience this time but I was very wrong. Missing mashed potatoes and 2 or 3 pieces of the 8piece plus no sauce for the tenders or butter for biscuits. Went back and the she/he( sorry but I really couldn't tell)basically told me I was lying. I like kfc so next time I'll go to the next closest one. Oh yeah I called customer service tojust make sure something is said to that manager or worker has something said to them, but the they surprised me by transferringme to the refund department for a unexpected refund. They recently remodeled this KFC and it looks very nice in the dining area. There are new seats and tables. They added some new... pictures and updated the area. The environment is very nice and welcoming now. The food is the same, our service was fine aswell. Overall, I was pleased with our recent visit. Read more
Ordered online. Paid $25+ for 2 chicken breasts and 3 sides. Caught that I was missing 1 side from inside the bag while still... in parking lot so I circled around and got replacement no problem; then I get home and find I received only 1 chicken breast. My order was placed online and clearly stated MY ENTIRE ORDER in easy to read format. 2 stars ONLY because what little Ireceived was good.
