First of all, I will never go back this location. I went to the counter an I was informed it would just be a minute,(very nicely... told) the next thing blew my mind. As I stood there I noticed a employee who was fixing the food wipe down the food makingcounter with his latex gloves twice while making the food. That's unsanitary in my book. Service could have been better. The wait was long considering what we saw given to the car in front and to us.
My experience at Del Taco is usually somewhat decent but definitely double check your order if your taking out, been a few... times where I've gotten home and noticed it wasn't what i ordered. Read more
Come on Del Taco, you can do better. The bun was burnt, the lettuce was old, it was all nasty. Usually it's really good.
Who said that del Taco had the best taco in the country? Not! The two chicken tacos I ordered today were skimpy and dry. Where... is that fat taco we see in the ads. Not better than Taco Bell! The over cooked steak burrito my wife ordered was dry even withthe guacamole. To make matters worse, there was no A/C on a 100+ day. This is our first trip to del Taco. It will be our last. Read more
It was horrible ordered it for delivery because of the covid-19 I spent $106 I believefor the food to come back really nasty I... tried to call them and they didn't answer I sent them an email I sent them a text I called them no answer that so I went to thehelp place where you can send in your complaint I did they said they were going to get back to me within 48 hours they never didand this happened about three weeks ago so basically I paid $106 for food that we could not eat it was cold nasty my my mom thatis elderly and my daughter and my five grand kids did not eat dinner now the pictures I sent that was supposed to be chickenstrips okay and fries it looks like a burnt stuff from the bottom of the fryer that's how the whole order was $106 for nothingand I still have not received a refund or anything Read more
This Del Taco always puts sour cream on items that don't even call for sour cream. I ask them for no dairy because I have a... problem with dairy. Whoever is making the food is purposely messing with the food. They really need to be fired, it's acontinuous issue. Read more
