I would not go to this Popeyes unless you just don't have another one you could go to. I went through the drive thru and first... it didn't even say anywhere that the first order screen wasn't working. So I was sitting there for 5 minutes waiting to orderuntil I guessed it wasn't functioning (you have to go around a corner to the 2nd one, so it was not obvious to go to the nextone or even that there was a second one). Then, as I'm waiting for my order, you can see some of the staff had no idea what wasgoing on. The manager was reprimanding someone for a wrong order and had my order in their hand for 2 or 3 minutes telling theperson how to do their job. Can I just get my order please? When I finally get my order, it's missing one item I ordered whichthey now said was not available. They didn't charge me for it, but let's just say it was the perfect way to cap a terribleexperience. Got shrimp and there was no cocktail sauce. Was told I could get only one sauce with my $10 when there is a picture of about 8.... I would have paid for another but the food wasn't great the staff was Uhh???? no muy bueno k digamos. Hope u improve. I'm notgoing back. Be a lot better if they could bother putting *both* the mashed potatoes in my order more than about 60% of the time. Seriously,... even with the universal staffing issues, how hard is it to train your employees to put *two* of an item in the bag when theorder screen says "2"? Or is it some demented cost-cutting scheme? (Yeah, even with gypping me out of my potatoes almost asoften as not, if I don't check on the spot, I come here a lot because it's the only fried chix joint in the area that's heardof the word "spicy".) Love the "signature" bone-in chicken. Good deals in the app. Blackened grilled tenders are healthier and usually wonderful,... although occasionally inconsistent. Unfortunately they're sometimes out of stock; if not, you always have to wait 10-15 minutesfor them to be cooked. Read more
Absolutely disgusting. Hair in the chicken and the amount of fries for a large looks like a small. The Cajun rice had no flavor... whatsoever. Ridiculous for what we are paying for. Do not recommend the Popeyes here. Read more

Pretty impressed with the service. Food came out within 5 minutes. Chicken and Cajun fries were hot and crispy! Came in pretty... late and usually everything is soggy but to my surprise it wasn?t. Overall great experience! Read more
