I bought one of the travel cups and found out later that day that it wS broken. The coffee I had got in it happen to leak inside... the cup in between the 2 sides. I checked it to see if it was cracked anywhere or leaking from the outer cup but was not. I didsend a message on the app about returning it or getting g a credit and they said that because they are Individually owned theycould not do anything and had to go back to the store I purchased it from. Guy at drive thru said he was giving us a senior discount. We were bringing bagel minis to my boyfriend who is in a hospital... only to find out this guy took a bite out of not only ONE but TWO of his bagel minis. Wouldn?t tell my worse enemy to go here.Terrible. Read more
Never a manager presence here. Feels like I?m bothering them when I?m asking them to complete a mobile order I made. Only care... about their drive thru customer. 8 people working can?t make a coffee in 10 minutes. Read more
Friendly people, Very nice place..!! Faster services..!! I do love it.
Horrible service. Was rushed through my order by the person taking it, with no one in front or behind me. The person giving me... my food and drinks did not say a single word or even look like he was happy to be alive let alone working. And when trying tomake small talk with a different employee she very rudly goes "what are you waiting for" while throwing her hands up atus. Extremely rude will never go back. Read more
Coffee was good , order was correct. Bathroom was in horrible shape. Manager and staff members look busy, but are horsing... around inappropriate language and yelling is unprofessional. Very busy but the staff kept their cool. Nice hard workers. I love how the treats were displayed. Very ingenious method.
Terrible customer service. We ordered in the drive thru and the cashier was rushing us and gave us half our orders while still... asking us ?why we are still here? . We told her that half our order was missing and she didn?t even bother to check the receipt.What?s crazy is that there is a Dunkin?s right up the street and they have way better service! Read more
