Waited too long for my sandwich at the drive up window. Onion ring were Hard and was charged for a Doritos taco, not recvd!
I don't give 1 star reviews lightly and the previous 2 star review follows, the edit & downgrade is bcs this particular BK... location is deceiving or sh I say deceitful about being open.. They close and lock their doors B4 THEIR STATED hours, way B4!!Customers, can't get in!! .. The previous 2 star review follows..--> I only go for their impossible burger. Its OK, theirfries are OK.. But making this BK's choice always leaves me dissapointed that I didn't go for a better vegan or veggie choice,like Mexican burritos, up the street toward Dedham ctr, or Chipotles , also up the street. Gotta love the Whopper. Fries and O rings were tasty. Thank You for the "custom" drink. Crew was terrific.
The workers literally lock the doors and stare at you when you walk up and refuse to work. Same thing happened to my friend in... the drive thru and they literally said "we thought you would leave". They constantly leave before closing and close the store(like more than an hour). It's not like they have customers because the McDonalds always has people. People in the area justknow that you will barely get service so they stop going. Read more
We visited on a Saturday late afternoon and the place seems understaffed. They were so busy with the drive-thru, they ignored... the customers in the store for a long time. When a customer complained, the employees response was rude, loud and dismissive.One of them (not the one in the picture) even said she didn't care, if you don't come here again- other people will... Themen's restroom was locked, the impossible whopper was undercooked, and the ketchup dispenser did not work, they did not even askif we wanted ketchup with the fries. What is to say... exceptional sodas, probably because they are not done onsite. The rest is a disaster. The sandwiches seem like... they have been thrown at the wall before being packed, the meat is so cooked that you could repair half of Boston potholes withthem... The staff is nice. They replace your catastrophic first sandwich by another one. A worse one... Yes, it?s clean, but whocares. I?m never going back. Read more
They shut their doors sometime as early as 6pm and force you to go drive through. Sometimes they?ll charge higher prices than if... you order on the app, sometimes they just don?t even answer the drive thru even as early as 6-7 pm. As a franchise Burger Kingis doing so poorly and I?ve yet to go a single Burger King around that doesn?t prove exactly why that?s true. Read more
