10 employees in total 30 mins before closing. Two women eating in the back. No steak, dirty station. Waited for awhile before... anyone acknowledge or started helping us. This is the most disgusting cafe Rio I've ever been to. Absolutely filthy. The girl at the register ran her hands through her... hair, scratched her face then opened my tacos up touching the food to see what meat was in it. She put our food on dirty a tray.My tacos were soaking wet and the cheese in my quesadilla wasn't melted. Never ever in a million years will I eat here again AndI live right down the street. We ordered online and went to pick it up at the prescribed time only to find a line of people waiting for their online orders.... After more than 45 mins after the indicated time, we asked to get a refund and the girl said she'd go make our order right then.Meanwhile, other people who were waiting just as long as us didn't get theirs made quicker. Some people waited an hour or morepast their indicated time to get their online orders. Other people abandoned their online order and went to the normal orderingline, only to cancel their online order after they got their food. This left a whole stack of online orders not being picked up.There must be a better way to manage this. Read more
This is my weekly go-to, sometimes more often than that! I love the food, but the pricing is a little strange. My daughter's... steak quesadilla costs more than my smothered burrito, but I get twice as much food! Not bad, just strange. Read more
Super disappointed with our order today. We ordered a burrito, salad and a side of rice with an extra house dressing. When we... got home they didn't give us the extra dressing we paid for, the rice was still hard, the tortilla on my burrito tasted uncookedand my wife found a cooked, dead lady bug in her salad. I had a really good experience here at this cafe Rio. Had large portion sizes, friendly service, it was decently clean.
I asked that our order be marked so that we could differentiate which meal was which. Whoever did it went too far, going so far... as even marking the bag "bag (brown paper)" and "bag (clear)", and the receipt "receipt". Read more
