Great sandwiches and friendly and helpful workers.
Awful. The lettuce is never fresh and some of the workers are TERRIBLE.

West Point Subway uses the medium size cup as the large. They have a pick up window. If they would use that as a drive through... window it would be great. On 3-26-2021 Subway had their sign OPEN turned on but were refusing to let anyone in and doing callins only. They have a window but wont take your order at the window. They did not put my seafood on my sandwich. How do youmiss the first item that goes on the bread? If anyone knows who to contact about this please let me know. Read more
The owner of this Subway the old white haired white guy that wears all the gold and the too little short pants, on more than... one occasion has purposely given me incorrect change. If you pay with a $20 you get change back as if you paid with $10. I havewitness this with numerous African American's. Staff always greets you as you come in the restaurant. It was my Daddy's favorite place to eat. Since he had diabetes and... congestive heart failure, it was the safest place I could take him out to eat. The food is always fresh and healthy if you makegood choices when you order! For a diabetic it has to be low carb. The staff was always great about carving out the center ofthebread reduce the calories. Leaving off pickles, olives reduces the sodium content. He loved it!
