It?s 8:20 on a Saturday night when we decided to grab some KFC! The drive through is obviously open, we roll up and start... talking and the voice on the other end says, we ain?t taking any orders?. We asked politely, ? when do you close?? The ladyanswered, ?Now?! We asked at 8:20? Not at 8:00 or 9:00 but at 8:20. She never came back to the microphone. It?s so ridiculousthat it says they are open, Google says they close at 10:00. Across the street Popeyes is jam packed. Obviously who ever isworking at KFC doesn?t want a job! Lazy, if there was a problem they could have said, we are out of chicken, the oven is broken.So far in the row of West pointe most all fast food restaurants seem to close durning the week around 7 and the weekends whenever the hell the feel like it. None of the food we have been able to eat Bc they say they are closed yet they Have PEOPLEEATING INSIDE! They had a car order before us! Ridiculous! Read more
Ordered 12 piece meal, had to pull up and wait on chicken then they came out and told me it would be 10 more minutes for... biscuits, they substituted a side for the biscuits. The chicken didn't have the taste KFC chicken should have. I ordered Krispyand the crust was greasy. West Point, MS KFC is unacceptable. Read more
The chicken was slimy and raw. The mash potatoes were cold and nasty. Very nasty food. Must take pride in making your customers... happy, especially when they come to spend money with you. Read more
Had to turn around and walk out. We were traveling and needed a quick stop for a bite. They seemed to be working on a big order... as a large group was waiting together in the dining area. People in line to order were never even addressed and the drive thruand large order had priority. Not knowing how long it was going to be and feeling ignored we walked next door and ate. Two starsbecause the dining area and bathrooms were clean....I have no idea how the food tastes thought. Read more
They were busy when I was there but still I ordered honey mustard chicken and received hot chicken. When I took it up to... counter to return it, two employees told me that it "was" the honey mustard. WRONG...I explained that I couldn't eat hot dueto throat cancer and still they argued that it was honey mustard. I just needed to eat so asked to purchase something else. We're ended up having a friend come in and order honey mustard just so I could eat. Surprise, like we thought, honey mustardaren't hot and spicy and they're yellowish in color... not reddish!
