I know this location has been struggling the last couple years, but they always had good service. Well, that's going away now as... well. Been getting pretty lazy and inaccurate service the last couple times I've been here. For example: I ordered the number12, which has two options (club or BBQ). I was never asked which I wanted, so I told the young woman working the window I wantedthe club option. She got very confused and asked if I was wanting a second order. I replied, "No, there's an option of eitherthe club or BBQ and I want the club." Pulled around, paid, received no receipt, go about business. It's BBQ. Not pleased. Trainyour staff better. Read more
Everyone was friendly and fast. Unfortunately their front computers were down but the employees handles it very well and... efficiently. Our burger were cold due to being made untimely to the very fresh fries we received. Ultimately lost a star due tobig told the burger we order did not come with ketchup and then there being ketchup on only that particular burger. Read more

Stopped and ordered a chicken biscuit combo, it was old and they didn?t have strawberry jelly. I went back and Ms. Cookie... refunded our order and remade our food for us with the most positive attitude. Cookie is the epitome of great customer service. Read more
