Both gentlemen at the register were super helpful and friendly even though the computer was giving them problems. Our order was... fast, correct, and tasted good. The only downside for me was the unsweetened tea could have been fresher. Read more
Everyone was moving in slow motion when you order from arbys. And order was not complete, had to go back.
why is the drive never open at night. you have to go inside and then the employees behind the counter act like you have annoyed... them when you do. very unfriendly atmosphere. Read more
I?m not going to lie I was actually trying to go to the Popeyes across the street from the truck stop but I did not feeling like... walking across the street due to no sidewalks and did not want to walk all on the street with heavy traffic, as I walked in Iwas greeted right away by the cashier and she even helped me with my order because I was still hesitant on what to get, I end upgetting the chicken sandwich that was actually good to my surprise with the curly fries well cooked and prepared. Worst Arbys I?ve ever eaten. Asked for 2 combo meals- did not change anything to them. But the girl up front changed it to... crinkle fries, and when I asked for curly fries she rolled her eyes. Still got crinkle fries, but I didn?t say anything. Thesewere undercooked and soggy. A gentleman in front of me asked for 2 separate things to which she replied ?we don?t serve thathere?- but they were items on the menu. And when I got my chicken sandwich it was room temp. We stopped by their drive through to pick some quick lunch. We ordered the gyros and a salad along with their famous curly... fries. The fries were good indeed, however the rest of the food was so bad. Is it because of the covid pandemic? Both the gyrowraps were too sub standard. The meat tasted rot. The salad chickens were soggy and not fresh. The salad greens were wilt.However, the working lady was nice and she handed over all the ordered perfectly with a few extra sachet of sauces. Read more
