This was the worst place I've even been to around here. My daughter and I found a dead fly in her potato salad so, I told our... waitress and asked for baked beans instead and she said it would cost me extra. I was like WHAT? I asked for a manager and shestated, she was the boss there. She was so very, very RUDE! We hadn't eaten any of the food and wanted to walk out and leave thefood there but she threatened to call the police and she told some customers there and I was so humiliated by this woman. I justwanted out of there so, I paid for the food and left it all there. I have not been treated so bad by someone as I was by her. Wewon't be going there again. Read more
Skillets makes the best hamburger in our area. They are hand pressed in the kitchen, which means local fresh meat. The staff is... always welcoming & you can see they enjoy working with each other. When I want a good burger and good atmosphere I go there. Read more

The food was hot and delicious. I had the Cobb Salad, and it was piled high with bacon, avocado, cheese, eggs. Everything was... fresh, crisp and tasty. My husband got the chicken tenders with mashed potatoes and okra. I tried the okra, and it was cookedperfect, not greasy. My father-in-law had the raisin pie, and I had the apple crumble, you could tell they were homemade. Youcould tell the apples were from real apples not from a can. We ended up taking a raisin pie and egg custard pie home with us.The waitresses were all so polite and friendly. Service was great. The restaurant was clean.
