I've been going to Miami subs for over 20 years and I don't think I have ever had a disappointing experience.
Great to eat at Miami Subs at least once when I come to South Florida. Great cheesesteak sub and a better value than Subway!
Horrible experience. Repeated my order 4 times to a woman named Latasia and still got home to see my salad was missing. not only... that, upon my arrival back to miami grill, my family informed me that one complete order was wrong. while i?m showing themanager, Taylor/Tyler, something completely different than what I ordered via facetime from my family, her only solution was forme to return home to go get the incorrect meal, to then RETURN TO THE RESTAURANT FOR A THIRD TIME? TO THEN CHARGE ME MORE FOR MYCORRECT ORDER. because latasia didn?t put in my order correctly?! the best thing about the service was Taylor/Tyler not denyingmy refund request after her insane suggestion. Bad experience most of the times Ive been here. But today made me angry. The staff is not good. The only thing that was ok about... my order was that my food was hot. I didn't get anything I ordered. Everything was wrong even the size of my fries and drink.Whoever is preparing the food can't cook please replace your horrible staff. They are rude. Even the cooks. Read more
I spent $23.52 for a 10 wing grilled platter and some macaroni bits? I had to look at my receipt twice? It was not worth it! I... would have been more satisfied with a 4 for 4! Small amount of fries, small portions of celery sticks and the tiniest wingsever. Read more
The customer service was great I called over the phone and placed an order for pickup. Staff was very friendly and helpful while... ordering. As a foodie I?m extremely disappointed with the food it was terrible. I was expecting REAL chicken wings, those wingsare so breaded they are literally frozen chickens wings that they fry that?s not real fried chicken I?m so disappointed andwould of never went there if I knew I was getting breaded frozen food.
