Yesterday was veteran's day and my husband is a veteran. We seen online the night before yesterday that they going to have a... special free menu for breakfast for the veterans so we went to the restaurant and my husband asked for the free special menu forveterans and the lady didn't know nothing about it so she went to ask and she back to say "IM SORRY, WE DON'T HAVE NOTHING FREEAND NOTHING SPECIAL FOR VETERANS DAY" so why they put something online if they will not respect what they say? We went through drive thru and we were able to order with ease, but the employees treated us like it was a bother we were there.... The lady acted as if she didn't want to be there and looked upset. They normally give us a military discount but this time theysaid they don't do military discounts. Our fries tasted like they were old and weren't hot. They did get all 4 of our drinksright, light on the ice. The two cokes tasted good, but the mellow yellow tasted off, it did not taste good. We ordered 2baconator meals, a son of a baconator meal, and a pretzel bacon chicken sandwich meal and everything was accounted for.Everything came out fast we didn't really wait at all, but nothing was hot. Overall. Service is fast, but not hospitable.,making it no good and the food didn't taste fresh or good like it normally would making it a horrible experience this timearound. Read more
This Wendy's has been consistently awful throught the years, never did it improve what's so ever. The employees don't care and... the order is always messed up. Take your money else where, they don't deserve it. Read more
