Wellington restaurant is exhaustingly disappointing. I?m not sure why I continue to go there thinking the experience will be... better somehow. Wendy the manager is so useless and pointless. Staff is also so underwhelming. That location needs something orsomeone different. I went today with my husband to have the Pastrami sandwich and I WAS IN CHOCK when I got my sandwich !( a baby sandwich) It was... so small ! I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT !! The price when up a lot but the sandwich is so small now that when I left the place I wasstill hungry ! I remember that before I used to go there and I was never able to eat the whole thing. I always used to take halfhome.NOT ANYMORE !! I understand that prices go up but I expect to get what I'm paying for and for sure that baby sandwich wasNOT worth $13.00. Went to the Palm Beach Lakes Blvd location for the first time. It was an anxious, unsettling experience in every way. Ordered... medium-rare but got a dry and tasteless well-done burger. I had to send back. The waiter took the burger but overlooked thesweet potato fries that would only get cold while I waited for a new burger. Second burger was medium to well done, not muchdifferent from the first and now the toppings were barely noticeable. Everything was a calamity. I gave up! If it were possible, I?d give them a -5. We purchased 2lbs of chopped chicken liver to go. Instead of a plastic bag, the order... was placed in a paper bag that split and the contents hit the floor. The cashier did not apologize and felt that the bag shouldhave been held at the bottom. Mind you, it was a rainy day...why not put it in plastic? She then emptied the contents intoanother container, as if this was acceptable and asked if it was ok to use a paper bag. I was told later that she should neverhave given us anything that touched the floor....but we were. I will never eat at any of their locations again. Preordered holiday dinner, Waited in line outside TooJays for over 1 hour only to be told after I waited in line that they ran... out of Brisket and No Kafilta Fish. I called this order in 2 days before Pickup. How do you run a chain of Resturants and runout of what was preordered. You do not call ahead of time to let customers know and act like it no big deal. REALLY !!!I I have6 guests for holiday dinner and end up with Wendy's Happy Passover TooJays !! Your company is a joke and a few other words I canthink of. How you stay in business is beyond me !!
