I was driving to Miami from Jacksonville and I remember there was a Tony Roma's in West Palm Beach. I googled Tony Roma's West... Palm Beach to look at the Menu and the Menu said Beef Ribs. I went there specifically for the Beef Ribs only to discover when Iarrived this location did't offer Beef Ribs. I went ahead and ordered any way and got Chicken Wings which were OK but notsomething I would order again. The two Ladies that accompanied me were very satisfied with their food choices. The service andambiance were great. Read more

Ribs were tougher than the back wheel on a Harley Davidson. The fries were good with the perfect amount of salt. I’m afraid to... try anything else since I wasted my money on a full slab of ribs. Read more

For what it is, this restaurant is pretty decent. They claim to have the best ribs, but that’s extremely debatable. Their... ribs are good - on the same quality I’d expect from Chili’s or Applebee’s. It was super coated in bbq sauce, however itwas fairly tender and served atop a big bed of French fries. I liked their Kickin’ Shrimp appetizer as the sauce was spicyand creamy, however the shrimp tastes a bit dehydrated/frozen and were extremely tough to chew. The sauce greatly helped thiscase. Their mozzarella sticks were excellent. Well seasoned and super cheesy. The cheese pull when biting into these was alsofantastic. It was served with a warm marinara sauce that was chunky - loved that it wasn’t a standard blended sauce. Chickentenders were not great - definitely tasted frozen, and it was too chewy. Burger was decent - good sauce and goodflavor. Overall it’s a passable restaurant that is helped by the fact that Diamond members at the Hilton hotel get. $15/dayup to 2 people that can be used here. We, a group of three having had a Tony Roma's jones for some years, finally made it, arriving at 3:40 for an advertised opening... of 12 noon. It was closed, opening at 4, so we waited. The lights came up and we entered from the coolish hotel lobby into theicy (I kid you not) atmosphere of the restaurant just as The Boss started to blare overhead and a screaming child joined thefray two tables away. So far, so bad. Menus were promptly delivered by the charming Julie and we began to seek the gluttonousdelights of the vaunted and notorious TR Onion Loaf, determinedly disregarding the aforementioned music and child, but, alas, tono avail. The truncated menu was a mere shadow of its former glory, all confirmed with some chagrin by Julie, at which point, wetook our leave and departed, disappointed, thirsty, hungry, shivering and a little more hard of hearing. Be careful to approach this place! I do not eat pork and there is a portion of beef ribs on the menu and so I ordered. I came... to the restaurant again to eat and asked again to order beef ribs and was told by the waiter that this dish has not been aroundfor a long time, I explained that I ate it a few days ago at the same restaurant and very lightly he saif that I was probablymisled and served pork ribs. On the first visit I was required to leave a tip of 25% of the bill and was told it was a law ofthe restaurant. On the second visit, the waiter was told that I had probably been lied to as well. The "waiter" was calledJulie or something like that. In short, this is a bunch of liars and greedy. Read more

??/100: Dont read this. Don't go to this restaurant. It is not Tony Romas (It is a weird leftover of whatever quality of frozen... food)—Not sure what to say. This review will probably not exist in 1-2 year(s). Tony Roma's is closing their stores andmerging into something else. Meanwhile, they are affecting their customers. The menu has no more than six items (Mixed withother kitchen items from the hotel restaurant). We ordered a full rack of baby back ribs (for each of us) for $25 each, and theribs were not soft at all. The flavor was funny, a little acid, probably from thecha, sauce. It was not the food we expected toget from Tony Romas restaurant. Service was top-notch and excellent, and we made that clear on the tip. As a business owner, Iam not trying to hurt a business but to provide my honest opinion (since I drove more than 60 miles to have my #rib face, haha). Read more

Both times I've eaten here I've enjoyed my meal and the fast, friendly service! Their ribs are outstanding! The fries are to... perfection. Portions are beyond generous. I got a half rack and honestly don't know how anyone eats more than that! Haha! Thesauce is finger-licking good, but that's kind of frowned upon during a pandemic. ;) If I have another layover here, I'ddefinitely dine with Tony Roma's again... and bring another friend with me! Delicious! Read more
