The worst service and really bad food. I ordered a chicken souvlaski plate and the chicken was cold. fries where not fresh.... Overall really bad food. I asked if I could get something else instead of checked and the lady with a bad attitude said it wouldtake 15 minutes. I waited approximately 45 minutes and never got the food. Ordered from this place a few times was good but one issue I had, we got raw chicken on our skewers, both meals we called them.... The person who answered the phone said oh I?ll tell the manager later. What should have happened is that the manager is putimmediately on the phone to deal with it. This is just bad business and makes me sad honestly. They should have offered to sendme 2 new meals immediately, my house is 10mins away and I ordered through Uber eats. This restaurant was such a pleasant surprise! I didn?t plan on stopping here but after a long day of driving, I just wanted to... get a quick bite. Inside was clean and staff was friendly! Excellent food and customer service. This is the only place in the County that I will order a salad because they don?t use... bagged lettuce that has a preservative aftertaste. Don't ask how I would like my steak if you're not going to cook it that way. I asked for a medium cook, not a well done!! When... asking about it they look at you as if you don't know what were taking about. The "food runner" even asked, isn't that howmedium is supposed to be?? " Ummmm NO! Came to this restaurant after attempting to go into Bimini twist that was way overcrowded. We were over the moon about how great... the food tasted. We were very skeptical at first because we wanted something a little more fancier. This is a place where youwalk up and order however they did bring the food to us and continued to check on us.... definitely multiple levels above fastfood.
