This Subway, a notable franchise, is the first of any "big" company that's a restaurant with a five star review from Adventurous... Loner. During the visit, the service and speed was surprising, in a good way. I ordered a foot long sub and the preparation byAfrica was perfect. He wasn't even close. He got it spot on. He spread my choices evenly throughout the sub to ensure aconsistent taste while eating in its entirety. Add to that when I grabbed the chips he checked the bag, discovered a hole, andtold me to get another because they might be stale. It's the subtle things that separate a four and a five star for me. First time at this location- there?s an outstanding employee I had to shoutout - Nicole. You can tell when someone?s holding the... business together. In my 20 minute experience inside this woman just radiated warmth, professionalism and great customerinteraction acknowledging I assume regulars on a first name basis. There wasn?t a moment she was still, just absolutely runningthe show. Very friendly employees, food as good as any other subway, my only complaint is that that they don't have shredded mozzarella.
This store does not accept the coupons they send you. I hope they realize their mistakes before their Subway stores go bankrupt.... Because they will never see a single penny in my wallet. Read more
This is by far THE BEST subway in Palm Beach County. I?ve been coming to this location for several years and they are impeccably... clean and extremely kind and courteous. The staff always greets you with a warm smile that can be seen, heard, and felt evenbehind their mask! The management truly cares about their store and especially their customers. I wish Google had more than 5stars because this Subway location deserves 100!! Read more
Excellent customer service, ALWAYS!! It is A clear example of how a manager can influence their staff in a positive way and how... it can show up in customers experience. The manager of the store is a blonde lady is awesome! Not only does she speak to youwith respect, she makes you feel welcome and she helps her staff! She is always in the midst of the staff helping them to makesure they are not overwhelmed with customers. Nothing is below her. You can see that her staff is influenced by her positivedemeanor, and it trickles down to how they interact with us. There was a guy there before and I miss seeing him. Honestly don?t know where to start... All I can say is that the manager Nicole is by far the best manager for this company. She... goes above and beyond with my visit. I have yet to see exceptional service in any fast food industry. Nicole most definitelysets the standards on how any business in general should run. Very personable, she called me to double check my order since Inormally get it toasted and did not see et the option on the app. That little detail tells me a lot about someone who paysattention to details with understanding how many people a day walk in and order.
