I wish I could give this place a 0 star rating. The "Franchise Owner" as he claimed he was, refused Subway coupons and didn't... even have a sign up in regards to it. He was very hostile, discriminatory, and rude stating " YOU people want free food." Idon't think he knows how a coupon works in order for you to obtain "free food" you have to make a purchase. He also stated thathe wasn't afraid of corporate being called on him. Very antagonistic character. He wasn't even greeting customers just on hisphone with a very negative energy. Do better! Read more
Very unprofessional. She was very bad at making my sandwich, and I had to say I wanted honey mustard instead of normal at least... 5 times. They were also quite rude. Read more
Lack of knowledge when it comes to basic hygiene and sanitation practices. The lady that prepared my food with the gloves still... on proceeded to touch where they store the drinks and then touched my food, in order to move it on to the papers they wrap thesangwiches with. I tell her no don't do that and she proceeds to argue with me that my food is still clean and fine. Read more
It's a subway, mostly teenager staff which is expected inside of a mall. There isnt really much else to say other than some... employees need to be taught how to close a wrap properly. Read more
Worst subway service ever. The girls behind the counter would CLEARLY rather be literally anywhere else. She put mustard on my... husbands sandwich when he had asked for mayo and then proceeded to ?wipe it off? with her finger and then smeared it on thebread... that?s not ?removing? it, that?s just putting it elsewhere on the same sandwich. She also did the same thing to mineby assuming I wanted sweet onion teriyaki sauce with my chicken, when I never asked for it. They really shouldn?t be customerfacing. Ever. Love the service, they made my sandwich and salad correctly loved it . The new male employee told me he couldn?t take a tip... after I offered him tip. They do not do daily specials which I was sad about . However everything else was fine . Thank you tothat young African American boy who was there working that night of March 21st 2018 . Read more
We ate subs from there Sunday May 23rd and we got very sick I don't think they keep their food cool enough, and everything... looked rancid, that should have been a warning for me, but basic hygiene it's not being practiced here. Customers beware. I amtalking about the subway in the outlet malls of Palm Beach lakes boulevard. Read more
