door dashed food from this ratty joint and payed and everything they MADE our food and told us we had to reorder it. tried to... call them and their phone is disconnected. poor service and rude workers. go to any other subway than this one!! smh Read more

I wish I could select -10 stars? We just ordered our sandwiches through Uber eats and they did not make the sandwich even close... to what it should have been. We paid over $30 for bread and few pieces of meat? both sandwiches should of had different toppingsthat we selected. This looks like it was made just to make it. Terrible. I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered delivery through the subway app which default selected this store and after 20... minutes and having a Door Dasher "at the store" the order was canceled. Such a terrible system. Read more

Not sure what's going on with Subway. As much as 2 years before COVID, two locations closer to my residence were shuttered for... good. This location (inside WalMart) became my next closest go-to. Suddenly, about 6 months ago it was closed as well! I asked aWalMart employee if it had finally succumbed to the pandemic, and was told "No, they're just remodeling." A couple months latera similar response. Then "a management change" had worked its way into the equation a couple months later, still. Well, theyfinally opened it back up about a month ago. Not one stick of furniture had been changed. Or even moved around! But, I was happyto have a Spicy Italian on Herb & Cheese, without having to make a 6 mile roundtrip! That is, until I finally got one. Oh, thetaste hasn't changed. It's just that the price has increased by 40%. AND, there was about 1/3-1/2 less meat! Corporate really needs to clean house, here. Oblivious staff, Food safety violations from hand washing to hair restraints to... most concerning the food stacked too high and changing colors. Horrible customer service! The location is supposed to close at 10pm, but the gate was partially closed at 9pm. No one in the... back would come to the front when several customers were calling for service! Had to cancel several Uber eats orders because ofthis. Read more

I should have known my meatball sub wasn't going to taste right when he microwaved the meatballs. The meatballs are not meant... to be microwaved and then sauce added to it. I've never seen this done at any Subway and this is a bad practice and y'allreally need to stop doing it. The meatballs were rubbery and nasty, you ruined my lunch. Please stop microwaving yourmeatballs, that isn't the way they are intended to be. Cook them the way every other Subway does please. Yuck. Read more
