I went through the drive through to get my usual order. Once I received it, I noticed the iced coffee didn?t have that Starbucks... ?punch?, it tasted pretty weak. I asked the Barista Rachel at the drive through window if the coffee was still hot when theypoured it over the ice? She was so sweet! She insisted to make it better, so she joyfully took my coffee and promptly presentedanother that looked and tasted much better than the original. This is not my usual location for a Starbucks. The Starbucks by myhouse is usually pretty rude if you tell them the coffee isn?t the way you ordered it. i went to this starbucks and the employees were very sweet but the drinks were made horribly. i looked over my receipt to double... check i didn?t order anything wrong and the receipt was correct, the drinks were not. one of the venti drinks i got for mycoworker was half full and the rest was filled with cream and no ice. I just purchased a large coffee. When I took a sip in the car, it was completely cold. Running late so I can't go back. Its... early in the morning so only possible explanation is that its yesterday's coffee. Its not right for a $3 cup of coffee. Read more
Patient and helpful staff (the lady ahead of me needed some help...), The baristas were quick and personable. Order was... consistently good (as expected from Starbucks). The drive-thru was consistently very busy but they line continued to move. Read more
So happy to see my mango dragonfruit in stock. We went through the drive-thru and their systems were down and I don?t carry cash... on me so they apologized for the inconvenience and gave me the drink for free. Nice to see them brake care of their customers. Read more
