Coffee Frappuccino I always order, had 0 sweetness or flavor. It was extremely bitter. When asked to get it remade, barista said... it always comes like that and that there?s no syrup or anything. Im friends with multiple Starbucks employee and I know that?sNOT true, and instead of remaking it (there was no line!!) they just poured syrup on top of the whip cream. What horrible service. If only I had seen the number of one stars in advance, this experience could?ve been avoided. The only... reason this location is still open is because it?s in an airport. Otherwise they would have no business. I placed a mobileorder online that would?ve been done at approximately 11:20. At 11:27, I still didn?t have a drink and asked the barista ifthere was an order for Victoria. She said ?No, you probably chose the wrong location.? I confirmed the location and she said?oh, I can make it quick.? Then told me they didn?t have the ingredients for it. Annoying and inconvenient, but things worsenedexponentially when I asked to be refunded. Which seems fair considering I was charged for a drink I never received. But themanager came by and said ?Your order was refunded. You should?ve received a notification.? And I said I didn?t so I asked forproof of that so I could refute the charge if need be. She said she wasn?t able to provide any written proof and she ?just worksfor Starbucks.? Mid-conversation she just walks away. She claimed to have been helping, but she was openly mocking me in frontof other customers and didn?t resolve my issue. I kept trying to order ahead with the app.. waited until 5am exactly and it still wouldn?t let me. I got in line since it wasn?t... working. Once I got to the register I noticed my mobile order had finally gone through. I asked the cashier if she could makesure they received the order before I step out of line and her reply was ?mhmm? while just blankly staring at me. So I steppedaside hoping for the best. I ordered my drink at 5:02 and didn?t get it until 5:18. I was supposed to be working the flightacross the terminal and I got to the gate with 2 minutes to spare. I literally watched them skip over my order several times toserve others who ordered after me. When I finally asked about my order they told me they have it. My bagel came unsliced so i had to tear it in half with my hands like an animal. Other than that was delightful.

The lady was alone. Came out with the garbage can. Put the liner in than proceeded to make my sandwich. I asked her to wash her... hands! She rinsed them. I asked her again to wash her hands with soap, she thought that wasn?t necessary since she rinsedalready. After that she didn?t say much. The cashier was friendly and the guy who made my drink was too until I asked him for a cup of ice. It was as if I was annoying... him or costing him money ????. They could?ve been a bit cleaner too.
