This is my favorite Haitian restaurant for good and healthy food - taste good all the time. This is a fairly clean place. The... restroom there is impressively cleaned up and well maintained. While there may be a lack of communication skills from oneparticular staff -it seems- most of the staff are very courteous and gentle towards the clientele, especially madan pastè. Theygive you what you ordered and they don't seem to mind you if you don't have cash to pay for a drink. I got my drink and decidedto pay it 2 months later because I didn't have 1$ cash to pay for that drink. Payment methods are conveniently upscale. Theyeven do Uber eat, my favorite! I come to the restaurant around @8:55 PM. They closed @ 9:00 PM. I order Fried Pork (Griot). The owner said he had to make it... for me, it will take 7 minutes. Since I am still working closed by I told him I will be back. He offer to send the food to mywork. The owner is very kind. The food come with rice and bean, fried banana & fried pork and some vegie. Honestly if I could score it a zero I would. I usually do not write reviews but it was so bad I had no choice. Presentation was... horrible. I was so happy to see a Haitian restaurant in Palm Beach on Uber Eats that I decided to order from them. I wish Icould post a picture. If someone working there want a picture of the poor set up I will gladly send it. The meat was hard as ifit was reheated and the plantains were not fried correctly. Honestly I have never had worst. I have found a Haitian restaurantthat messed up a Griot. I have to shake my head and ask if all the positive reviews aren?t from friends and family. Ordered from them through Uber Eats. Food is delicious and fresh. They serve good portions and you can tell they care about the... quality, because they package it well and pay good attention to details like adding a container of sauce to enjoy with yourrice.
