I work at the airport. There are hardly any choices for food. I usually place my order from Sam Sneads for pick up as working at... the airport your breaks are not that long. However, I ordered a Cordon Bleu Buger with fries for pick up. I walked in said?Hello? as there was a server standing behind the counter filling glasses with ice. There was no response or acknowledgment fromher. I waited for at least 5-7 minutes before I asked her if the order that was sitting on the side of the counter was mine. Herresponse was that she has 5 tables or people in the back that?s waiting on her. I stated I placed an online order and wouldsimply like to know if that order was mine. You can see that she?s clearly upset. She asked rudely if I ordered what I did. Shehanded it to me. The customer service there is highly unprofessional and rude!!! You would think that we all work at theairport, they?d be more welcoming or even friendly! This is not the first time this has happened. I had other colleagues thatstated the same. I would never recommend any of our customers that?s traveling to go to Sam Sneads at West Palm Beach Airport! Read more

This is the worst! Come On- can?t you get your limited menu right? Shame on Sam Snead and their overpriced BAD food Buffalo... Chicken tenders served ice cold? I understand why they charge $2.00 extra for fries to sub the chips. It's been a while since I've eaten cardboard. Burgers are... edible but that's about as good as you could comment on that. Staff is rude and definitely not happy to be working there, but ifthey have to eat the food everyday I can understand why. Skip if possible. Read more

It is definitely an elevated airport food. I give it a 5 for airport food, kettle chips were real and just cooked, nice... atmosphere and people. Don?t go to your gate as this is in the main area of the airport. No good food elsewhere except thenormal airport chili?s which this is much better! Read more

Great place to have a bite to eat. We had breakfast before my son got on his flight home. Most airport's don't give you the... opportunity to sit down at a restaurant if you are not a ticketed person. Thanks to Sam Snead's Tavern we were able to enjoy ameal as a family before one of us in our party boarded a plane. Our server was very attentive and came around to check on us afew times and did not rush us. Read more

It?s airport food so I set the bar a little lower than normal. Ordered a burger and it took about 45 minutes to get it. They... would not cook it anything less than medium well, I believe it was for safety reasons. Food was fine, nothing to rave about butit also wasn?t bad. Also got cheese quesadilla with guacamole. Again, not the best but not the worst. I do question theavocado presentation. It?s before the security gates and it?s actually better than anything inside the gate. Service wasgreat! Bartender (woman) no difference to me ... very bland early morning attitude. .. that's the start off, no apple juice no raves... about the coffee ,said it was plain coffee, ordered the steak tips ,were ordered medium and medium well they came...!!Bartender waitress came over and asked how everything was I said steak tips are cooked too long not a response and has not aword in 22 minutes of sitting here waiting for my bill. Just looks at her phone and doesn't want to approach me becauseobviously I have a complaint and doesn't want to hear it or address it!!! I probably wouldn't recommend this restaurant at leastearly mornings as the services lax.... so as I was taking this review while waiting for her to make amends for their horriblebreakfast still not a word about the over cooked steak tips, just handed me the full priced bill, so I only left a 10% tip as Ishould have left nothing but couldn't find myself to do that as I'm not that type of person...
